The
Architectural Control Committee (ACC) ensures exterior alterations and
decorations in Boca Falls comply with the guidelines as detailed in
Article IX of the Declaration of Restrictions and Covenants
(Declaration) of the Boca Falls Homeowners Association, Inc.
(Association). ALL requests for exterior alterations and decorations
MUST be submitted to the ACC and its approval received BEFORE they may
be undertaken.
All residents benefit from the planning
and design that was an important part of the development of Boca Falls.
The intent of the Design Standards Manual (Manual) is to assure the
residents the standards of design and quality of our Community will be
maintained. This, in turn, protects property values and enhances the
overall environment of Boca Falls. The purpose of the Manual is to
inform homeowners of the Design Requirements for Boca Falls and the
procedures to be followed when requesting an exterior modification to
their property. Each application received by the ACC will be evaluated
on its own merits with reasonable flexibility for architectural function
and creativity.
The ACC meets every three (3) weeks, on
Thursday evenings at 5:30 in the clubhouse. Check the Calendar below for
