The Covenants
Enforcement Committee ("CEC") is a 10-member committee comprised of
individual Boca Falls homeowners from the various neighborhoods. The
Chairman of the CEC is currently Carole Lewis. The CEC meets monthly on
the first Wednesday of the month at 6:30 p.m. In conjunction with the
Property Manager, the CEC combines the functions of policing Boca Falls
and administering fines to ensure all homeowners' compliance with the
Declaration of Restrictions and Rules and Regulations (the "Rules") of
Boca Falls.
The Property Manager scours the
community to ensure all homeowners are in compliance with the Rules.
When a homeowner fails to comply with the Rules, he or she is sent a
notice advising them of their non-compliance and requesting they correct
the problem. When the homeowner fails to comply within a specified time,
their violation is brought before the CEC who votes on whether to assess
a fine against the homeowner.
